First Grade students walked to the Halls Public Library today to wrap up their Module 1 study, A World of Books. Students have spent time learning how children around the world get books over the past 9 weeks.

October Students-of-the-Month started today! Four students were surprised this afternoon!!!! Great job!!!


A total of $6,837.69 was raised at Halls Elementary for LeBonheur Children’s hospital. A big thank you to everyone for all the support and donations.


Go Jim Go made his yearly stop today at Halls Elementary! The students have worked so hard raising money for LeBonheur through various activities and today they were able to present over $6500 to support LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.

6th Grade science classes conducted an experiment using infrared thermometers and hair dryers to learn how thermal energy transfers through different mediums at different rates.

Halls Elementary School was awarded a "Fuel Up to Play 60" NFL Flag Football kit, including flags, balls, & a curriculum that is based on the Physical Education National Standards.
