Lauderdale County Health Department will be holding an after hours clinic on August 13th, from 4:30-6 pm. It will be walk-ins only, and the following services will be offered:
School Immunizations
Shot Records
Birth Certificates (these will only be done until 5pm, as the state system shuts off at that time)
