Halls High School

This past weekend the Halls FFA Livestock Team had many successes at the Williamson County Fair. Dorsets showmen, Brecken Beasley, Jalen Chandler, Seth Haynes, and Maddie Haynes were successful all around in their Dorset class. They had several 1st place and exhibited the reserve grand champion Dorset ram. Texel showmen Brylee Pride and Ava Beavers along with Tunis showmen, Hayden Cherry and Malaysia Flowers competed in the All Other Breeds(AOB) category which consisted of 5 breeds. The Texels remained in the top of their classes receiving several 2nd and 3rd place standings and the Tunis remained strong gaining several 3rd and 4th placements throughout the show. Students worked together to prepare and help exhibit three different breeds. The Livestock Team will travel next to Obion County Fair on August the 25th
