Children in the Read to Be Ready summer program had a special visit from Halls High Principal Amy Morgan and Buddy this morning. Mrs. Morgan read Carmela Full of Wishes to the children and Buddy!
We're hiring! A job fair for general cleaners and custodians will be held on Saturday, June 22, at Ripley Elementary School from 10am-1:00pm.

Look at these snow peas from the school garden! We have turnip greens, mustard greens, and carrots growing in the front garden. Stop buy and pick some vegetables this summer!!!!

HES staff enjoyed lunch together at El Patio after passing out report cards today. There were a lot of conversations about missing students over the summer! Have a great summer, everyone!!!!
All teachers & staff gathered today to close another school year by celebrating many accomplishments. Closing a year with a little singing and dancing seemed appropriate. I am honored to work alongside such wonderful educators. Have a great Summer! --Shawn Kimble, Superintendent
Congratulations to our five students that had Perfect Attendance this year. Each student received a $25.00 gift card to Walmart. 3 bikes were given away. The bikes were donated by HES, State Farm - Lee English, and an anonymous donor.
