More engineering roller coasters in STREAM today!
Students at the 2021 Summer Learning Camp have been working on letter identification with a “researched-based” program and some fun games, too!
All grades enjoyed making “Paper Roller Coasters” with Ms. Sheneeca in “Stream” this week!
3rd Grade Summer Learning Camp kiddos have been studying various artists throughout camp. They participated in a “poetry slam” to highlight poems from William Carlos Williams. They did a fantastic job!

HES Kinderboost celebration was a success! Many parents and grandparents attended and were able to participate in literacy and math activities similar to those that the students will be learning during the school year.

Ms. Cynthia Bryant has been selected as the Director of Literacy and Instructional Interventions for LCS. Ms. Bryant has served HES as the Curriculum Coordinator and Testing Coordinator (2014 - 2021). We are excited for her to share her knowledge with multiple schools.
