Lauderdale County Schools was honored to welcome local city and county officials, law enforcement, emergency services personnel, and community leaders on Wednesday for the formal signing of our Reunification Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).

These agreements help strengthen the partnerships and procedures that would guide our schools and community partners during a reunification following an emergency. While we hope these procedures are never needed, preparation, communication, and collaboration are essential to keeping our students, staff, and families safe.

We are grateful to each of our community partners who joined us and who continue to work alongside Lauderdale County Schools to support the safety and preparedness of our schools.
