Lauderdale County Schools educators recently participated in a two-day COMP Training at Ripley Elementary School led by Dr. Tracy Wells.
COMP, or the Classroom Organization and Management Program, focuses on effective classroom management practices, including classroom organization, routines, expectations, student engagement, and creating positive learning environments.
This is the second consecutive year Dr. Wells has led the training for LCS educators as part of the district’s ongoing professional learning efforts.
