Briana Patrick-Mann has been selected as Ripley Primary School’s Principal beginning with the 2026–27 school year. Mrs. Patrick-Mann currently serves as Principal of Margaret Newton Elementary School.
Prior to this role, she served at Halls High School from 2014–2023 as a 10th Grade English Teacher, Instructional Coach, Advanced Placement Liaison, Summer School Coordinator, cheer sponsor, step team coach, and Dual Enrollment Coordinator. She also served as a classroom representative for the 2016 Tennessee Say Dyslexia Bill and Toolkit implementation and was a 2024–2025 participant in the Tennessee Rural Principal Network.
Mrs. Mann enjoys building relationships and supporting students, staff, and families through strong collaboration. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, and traveling.
