Lauderdale County AWARE was proud to sponsor the 6th Annual KINDness Week across all Lauderdale County Schools on March 30–April 2, 2026!
This year’s theme, “Kindness is Free… Sprinkle It Everywhere,” encouraged students and staff to spread kindness, support one another, and promote mental health awareness throughout our schools and community.
During the week, students and staff participated in KINDness-themed activities, including door and bulletin board decorating contests, a staff coloring contest focused on self-care, KINDness bracelets for all students, and KINDness Day t-shirts.
Funds raised during KINDness Week will be shared among all eight schools to support student needs through school-based clothes closets and food pantries.
A special thank you to Marvin Windows and Doors for purchasing the KINDness bracelets, and to the United Methodist Women of Ripley First United Methodist Church for providing snacks for our classroom winners.
