Mrs. Sparkman, our Director of Schools, has provided an attached video message with updates from the recent School Board meeting — and we have big news to share.
The School Board has officially approved bonuses for all LCS employees. This investment of nearly $500,000 is a powerful statement of gratitude for the incredible work our team puts in every single day. You deserve it.
Earlier this month, our Level 4 and Level 5 teachers also received well-earned bonuses, and we are pleased to announce that new incentive bonuses will be implemented moving forward. These incentives will reward excellence in student performance and staff attendance as we continue raising the bar together.
Bonuses will be distributed by November 14th.
We are grateful, we are energized, and we are proud of every member of the LCS family. Thank you for the dedication you bring to our students and community.
