Leadership Update for Lauderdale County Schools
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Sherrie Sweat for her dedicated service as Interim Superintendent of Lauderdale County Schools. Her leadership, commitment, and steady guidance during this transitional period have been greatly appreciated by our entire school community. Thank you, Ms. Sweat, for stepping up and serving with excellence.
We are also excited to announce that Ms. Selina Sparkman officially began her tenure as Superintendent of Lauderdale County Schools on July 14. We look forward to the vision, leadership, and progress she will bring as we continue working together to support our students, educators, and families.
