Farmers to Families Food Box Pickup will be this Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Ripley First Baptist Church's Family Life Center from 9:30am-12:00pm. Free boxes of produce, meat, & dairy provided by Save the Children for families of Lauderdale County... first come, first served. See the attached flyer for more information.

Students in Mrs. Weller’s science class created moon phases with Oreos using their moon phase diagram. After creating the moon phases, students described and explained the moon phases in an explanatory writing assignment.


Mrs. Sandy and Mrs. Shelly had the ROAR Store open to our students this week! Students visited the mobile ROAR Store to spend their earned tickets for the last 3 weeks on Thursday and Friday.

Parents who wish to transition their RES student to remote learning or in-person learning may do so from March 1st to March 5th by contacting Ripley Elementary School at 221-3066.
By doing so, you should understand that your decision will be in effect for the entire 4th grading period, which will last from March 22nd until the end of the school year.

The sun and warmer temperatures improved road conditions a great deal today, but it looks like we will need at least one more day of warmer temperatures to insure safe travel. Schools will be closed again on Monday, February 22, 2021.
