Lauderdale County Schools will be closed the week of November 24th-29th for Thanksgiving Break. School will resume on Monday, December 2nd. We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving Break - November 25-29, 2024
Schools will not be in session for students on Friday, November 1st due to a Professional Development Day for LCS faculty and staff. School will resume on Monday, November 4th. Have a great weekend!
Students have the opportunity to participate in a hayride at school on Wednesday October 30. This will take place during their activity classes. If you prefer that your child not participate in this activity, please send a note to your child’s teacher.
Students may wear their friendly Halloween costume or dress out of dress code on Thursday, October 31. Costumes are to be worn over clothing. (This allows students to remove them if they become uncomfortable during the day.) No masks, makeup, or props are permitted.
All costumes must be school appropriate.
