RPS Book Fair will be March 11 - 15. Most paperback books cost $3.30 and smencils cost $1.00. Family Night will be March 14 from 5:00 - 6:30.

RPS celebrated Read Across America Week February 25 - March 1. Friday was "Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss" and students wore green to honor Dr. Seuss.
Tiger Time is March 1. Snacks (chips, candy, drinks) will be available for 50¢. All students without bus write-ups or pink slips are invited to this event.
Read Across America Week: Friday - “HaPpY Birthday, Dr. Seuss!”. Students are ask to wear green in honor of Dr. Seuss. (Students may be out of dress code if they have on green.)

Read Across America Week: Thursday - “Hats Off to Dr. Seuss”. Students are ask to wear their favorite hat (students must be in dress code).
Read Across America Week: Wednesday - Wacky About Reading. Students wear wacky tacky clothes (students may be out of dress code).
Students enjoyed celebrating Read Across America by “cozying up with a good book” and reading with their favorite stuffed friend.

Members of the Lauderdale County Superintendent's Study Council recently spent time in our community marketing our school district's mobile app. Thanks to the council and also to the many members of our community who allowed us to place posters in their buildings. Thank you!

Each student is ask to bring $1 to contribute to Books From Birth fundraiser. Each class that collects at least $25 will earn an out of dress code pass for the whole class.
