On December 8, the Lauderdale County Board of Education discussed the school operating calendar and voted to keep the staggered, odd/even schedule through the month of January. The school board will weigh the decision again in mid-January to determine when schools should return to normal operating schedules with all in-person students present.

RES will be collecting Chromebooks from in-person and remote students for Winter Break storage. In-person students will leave their devices at school on December 14th or 15th. Remote students will drop off their devices during materials pick up on Monday, December 14th.

RES 3rd graders learned about dental health during their P.E. lesson with Coach Lanie. Students used new Chrome tablets to research information, give feedback, and participate in a fun "Kahoot" activity.
