TLS Week 6 Learning Schedules There will be three available 30-minute sessions between 5:30PM-7:00PM. Two sessions will provide live instruction and one session will provide homework assistance. Students are encouraged to join and remain on sessions to receive the most academic benefit.

Farmers to Families Food Box Pickup will be this Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Ripley First Baptist Church's Family Life Center from 9:30am-12:00pm. Free boxes of produce, meat, & dairy provided by Save the Children for families of Lauderdale County... first come, first served. See the attached flyer for more information.

Ethan completed 7 rounds in the Tennessee Titans Regional Spelling Bee and finished in the top 5! What an awesome achievement!! Congratulations!

Congratulations to our Spelling Bee winners! Our school-level winners are: 1st place - Ethan B. 2nd place - Jaime S. 3rd place - Rylee S. Ethan has advanced to the top 10 and will go to Nissan Stadium this weekend for the final round.

Thank goodness for the sun and warmer temperatures. Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 23, and will follow the hybrid schedule.

The sun and warmer temperatures improved road conditions a great deal today, but it looks like we will need at least one more day of warmer temperatures to insure safe travel. Schools will be closed again on Monday, February 22, 2021.

With additional snow falling on already treacherous roads, there will be no school in Lauderdale County for the remainder of the week. Schools will be closed on February 18 & 19, 2021. Please stay safe!

As a reminder..... Schools are posting online review and practice assignments for students for the remainder of this week. Teachers will also check their Google classroom messages, in the event students have questions or need help. Online work will not be new learning but will be focused on practice of skills previously learned. Schools will move forward with the online, evening lessons (targeted learning series), which started in February. Schools have posted additional details on their website, mobile app, Google classrooms, social media, and by phone. Stay safe!

The Class of 2025 Virtual Parent Meeting will be postponed to next Wednesday, February 24th at 6:30. Students, check your Google Classroom for registration materials. Parents, check your email. Since schools are closed due to severe weather, Halls Jr. High School teachers will post assignments on google classroom for students beginning on Tuesday. These assignments will be for math, ELA, science and social studies. Students should continue to check their google email each day for updates. Teachers will also check their Google classroom messages, in the event students have questions or need help. The Targeted Learning Series (TLS) will also be available online this week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 5:30 pm.

As a result of the winter storm, schools will be closed on February 16 & 17, 2021. Another announcement will be made Wednesday regarding additional closures for the remainder of the week. While we are not in session, schools will post online review and practice assignments for students.
