IMPORTANT INFORMATION- HJH ATHLETES
Jenny McWilliams will be at HJH Friday May 7 for odd day students and Friday May 14 for even day students from 8:00-1:00 both days. All current and prospective athletes are encouraged to get physicals done at school because these are the only days when physicals will be free. Remote student-athletes can come either day but again these two days are the only days they are free. You must have your physical form completed with a parent signature when you come for physicals.

Our 8th grade promotion ceremony will be May 17, 2021 at 10:00 in the HJH gymnasium. Students should arrive at 8:00 and guests will be allowed to enter the gym at 9:45.
As a reminder, promotion is a business casual event for students. Please refer to the attached guide for suggested attire options.

HJH will begin TCAP testing on Wednesday April 21 for odd calendar day students and Thursday April 22 for even day students. Parents of remote students have been contacted with their assigned even/odd day. Breakfast is served at 7:30. If not eating, please arrive to the school no later than 7:55 a.m.

Progress reports were sent home with in-person students this week. Remote learners should pick up progress reports in the front office. If your child has not returned the enrollment form for our Summer Learning Camp, please return the completed form to the school with the signed progress report. 🐯
