High School families,
Earlier this week, Individual Student Reports (ISR) were sent home with students who completed an End-of-Course (EOC) assessment during Fall 2023. Families also have access to the TCAP Family Portal, which provides additional assessment data information related to your student. For more information about the portal or to learn how to access it, please see the attached graphics.

If you plan to have items delivered for your child on Valentine's Day, please be sure to review our district-wide procedures beforehand.

All Lauderdale County school campuses will accept deliveries for Valentine's Day on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. Deliveries to campuses will only be accepted from 8:00a-12:00(noon). This early cutoff allows for schools to appropriately label and distribute items to students prior to afternoon dismissal. Due to concerns for student safety on campus and on buses, schools will not accept deliveries that contain glass items or that contain balloons. DELIVERIES MADE TO HHS ON FEB. 14 NEED TO BE BROUGHT AROUND TO THE BACK OF THE SCHOOL AT THE LIBRARY DOOR. (Look for the sign posted on the door.)

Lauderdale County Schools has released the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school calendars. To view these calendars, click on the link below.

Superintendent Kimble recently shared updates on Lauderdale County Schools' investments in K-12 and postsecondary education at SCORE's "Building A Brighter Future" State of Education in Tennessee. Specifically, Superintendent Kimble shared information regarding HTL (Haywood, Tipton, Lauderdale) University, a one-of-a-kind innovative collaboration between the three districts to expand access to career pathways.
HTL students will be immersed in STEM and career exploration activities and programming from the first days of Kindergarten to high school graduation. HTL University will provide high school graduates with opportunities to graduate with their high school diploma PLUS their choice of industry credentials, associate or TCAT degree, course credit toward a bachelor’s degree, or a guaranteed apprenticeship. Additionally, HTL University will inform families of potential career opportunities in the area and coordinate adult learning opportunities for those who desire to complete higher education.

Seniors, if you have not ordered your graduation supplies, please do so by December 25th. See graphic for details.
