Lauderdale Co. Schools will be in session and operating on normal schedule on Monday, January 13, 2025. Although roads are mostly clear, please take your time and watch for isolated patches of lingering ice on county roads and bridges during your morning commute. Schools will be mindful of the need for extra travel time and will excuse reasonable tardies. Have a great evening!

Good afternoon! As a result of the winter weather warning, there will be no school in Lauderdale County on Friday, January 10, 2025. We look forward to welcoming everyone back, refreshed and ready to learn, once the weather clears!

Bus 43 will not run Thursday 12/12 morning nor Thursday afternoon.

Dear Parents/Guardians, Thanksgiving Lunch Forms are due Monday, Nov. 11th. Forms
WILL NOT be accepted after this date, No exceptions. In an effort to accommodate guest for Thanksgiving Lunch, guests are limited to ONE (1) Adult per student, (No additional children, No exceptions). We ask that you protect our instructional time and respect the safety of our children by not visiting the classroom and by not checking your student out early. Thank you for your continued support.

Announcement:
Ripley Primary School will be having their first school-wide intruder drill this morning, Monday, November 4, 2024 from approximately 9:30 - 10:30 am. The Lauderdale County Sheriff Department will be assisting in this event to help improve the emergency preparedness of our students, staff and first responders. RPS administrative staff asks for your help to avoid entering or calling the school between the hours of 9:30 - 10:30 am until the drill has concluded at approximately 10:30 am. Thank you for your continued support.

Bus announcement: if you live in Autumn Hills bus 23 is not running there today. You will need to come pick up your student.

Today, we had our bus evacuation drill where students listened to the bus drivers go over bus safety rules and practiced what to do in case of an emergency.
