All Lauderdale County School Stakeholders,

In the Spring of 2021, the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER 3.0) was enacted by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, which provided a third round of stimulus funds to states and local educational agencies to help safely reopen and sustain the safe operation of schools and address the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the nation’s students. The U.S. Department of Education identified key areas for funding, as well as reporting and data collection aligned with the ESSER funds for local schools. Lauderdale County Schools has received a portion of this funding and is seeking feedback from stakeholders in the community to assist the district in the decision-making process of how these funds can best be allocated to benefit the overall success of students.  It is important for our school system to receive this feedback from all stakeholders.

Below is a link to a survey that will provide stakeholders (parents, students, community members, school personnel, etc.) an opportunity to provide input on how these funds may best be utilized for the benefit of the students in Lauderdale County.  Please feel free to share this survey with others as we work to seek feedback on our planning efforts.  Please click the link below to participate in the survey.

Thank you!
