It's time to order SENIOR SUPPLIES!!!
The only thing you have to purchase is the cap/gown/tassel unit (which includes the diploma cover.) The cost for that is $87.00. In addition to that cost, Herff Jones has added an $18.95 handling fee. That would make the cost $105.95 for the cap/gown unit that is required for participation in the graduation ceremony.
The order dates are November 18th & November 19th during the lunch period (11:55-1:40).
-All orders are placed through Herff Jones.
-All money goes to Herff Jones, NOT Ripley High School.
-If you do not order on the website, then the only time you can order is on November 18th & 19th from 11:55-1:40 when Herff Jones will be at Ripley High School to accept payment and order forms.
-Make plans to order on the 18th & 19th of November to avoid late fees.
An $80.00 deposit is required on the order date.
-The deposit goes toward the cap/gown and anything ordered.
-There is NO RENTAL this year. Seniors will get to keep the gowns.
-Payments can be made on remaining balances all the way until May.
- ALL REMAINING BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE CAP/GOWN CAN BE PICKED UP.
-Everything in the packets is also available on the website. See the link below.
-Sections #1 & #5 on the LARGE order form must be completely filled out.
-Students must use their FULL FORMAL NAME. (legal first, middle, last name)
-On section #5 the cost for the cap/gown unit is not listed. You will need to write that the Quantity is "1" and the Price is "$87.00". For more explanation see the attachment below (copy of where to list price).
